SETTING MANUAL
STEP1
Remove the inner liner from the racing suit.
① Undo the velcro on the sleeves and push the inner liner to the inside of the suit.
② Unzip the zipper that connects the upper body part.
③ Remove only the upper body inner liner from the suit.
STEP2
Attach the airbag system to the racing suit
① Remove the waist belt from the airbag system.Remove the velcro coversⒶ～Ⓔin Image④.
② Connect indicator cable of the suit to the airbag system and turn on the main power supply.
③ Turn the switch on and off.
④ Attach the airbag system to the suit with the velcro and zipper.
STEP3
Reattach the inner liner on the racing suit
Pass the flap attached to the chest of the airbag system through
the dedicated slit on the suit and place the inner liner.
Attachment is now completed.
When fully charged,all three colored lights will be on.
For details of lighting display,please refer to the instruction manual.
Overlap the chest power flaps and check the indicator light on the left sleeve.
Before riding a motorbike,put the suit on,overlap the chest flaps,close the zip,and make sure the indicator light is on.If the light is not on,do not wear and have it inspected.
STEP4
Turning the main power supply on and off after the airbag system is installed.
① You can reach the switch from the top of the neck support.
▢Open the zipper.
② Open the zipper of the neck support foam（the image shows the inside of the suit）.
③ Swich on and off.
Charging the battery
The Tech-Air Vest is operated by built-in lithium-ion battery.A fully charged（6hours）battery will provide approximately 25 hours of use.
If you leave the battery unused for a long time,the power may drain evev without use.
When charging starts,the indicator lights up.When fully charged,all three colored lights will be on.

RS Taichi's TECH-AIR compatible racing suit is developed and produced on the premise that an airbag system is to be installed.
Failure to install the airbag system correctly may cause it to not function properly in the event of an accident and may result in injury.Use of the suit without the airbag system is extremely dangerous.Please in stall and wear properly.
